Ingredients

1 green apple peeled and chopped
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Nutmeg
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey or 2 Changing Habits Dates
- 1 tsp Inner Glow Collagen
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz on high.
Pour into one glass and enjoy!
