Delicious, fresh and crunchy- this salad will be the perfect addition to a BBQ or Christmas lunch this festive season!
Ingredients

5 slices prosciutto
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 spanish onion diced
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cups finely diced Changing Habits Dates
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan
- 1/3 cup Easy Olive Oil Mayo
- Changing Habits Seaweed Salt to taste
- cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the slices of prosciutto on a baking tray and cook for approximately 5-10 minutes or until it starts to crisp. Remove and roughly chop and set aside.
Place all of the broccoli salad ingredients (apart from the mayonnaise, salt and pepper) in a bowl. Mix well.
Add the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Mix again.
Cover and place in the refrigerator.
