Ingredients

4 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin
- filtered water (enough to just cover the gelatin)
- 3/4 cup freshly brewed black Changing Habits Coffee Beans Organic
- 1 tbsp Changing Habits Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp coconut cream (the thick part)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Directions
- Add the gelatin and water to a small bowl and stir well. Set aside to "bloom" and thicken.
Once the gelatin has bloomed add to a small saucepan and heat on low, stirring until the gelatin has dissolved.
Transfer the mixture into a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blitz well.
Taste the mixture and adjust if needed.
Pour the mixture into small moulds or a container lined with baking paper.
Place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
Store in the refrigerator.
