A delicious way to up your daily protein intake! The perfect snack for those on the go. Great for school lunch boxes and after a workout!
Ingredients

2 cups Changing Habits Dates
- 3/4 cup Inca-Protein-Powder-Choc-Mint
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
- 1 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or Thermomix and blitz on high until smooth.
Use a tablespoon to measure out the quantity and roll into balls. Set aside and repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Roll balls in the optional coatings or leave as is.
