These delicious donuts are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. With a light and fluffy texture, these donuts will be a hit with the whole family!
Ingredients

1/3 cup Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted (save some to grease the donut pan)
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour

2 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

pinch Changing Habits Seaweed Salt

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar

2 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, whisk the Rapadura with all of the wet ingredients.
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Grease a donut pan with coconut oil and spoon in the mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes and set aside to cool.
When the donuts have cooled, remove from the pan and place on a wire rack.
Brush each with a little coconut oil and sprinkle generously with Rapadura sugar and cinnamon.
