1/2 cup shredded coconut16 Changing Habits Cacao Melts1 cup Changing Habits Dates2 tbsp Changing Habits Inca Inchi Powder1/4 cup pumpkin seeds1/4 cup sunflower kernels2 tbsp coconut oil
Ingredients

1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 16 Changing Habits Cacao Melts
- 1 cup Changing Habits Dates
- 2 tbsp Changing Habits Inca Inchi Powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- Place the shredded coconut in a food processor or Thermomix and blitz on high for 5 seconds. Remove and transfer onto a plate.
Place the rest of the ingredients into the food processor or Thermomix and blitz on high for approximately! 15 seconds.
Use a tablespoon to measure some of the mixture and roll into a ball. Roll the ball in the coconut and set aside.
Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
