Take the hassle out of your morning routine by pre-making a batch of these nourishing immunity bombs. Just add two cubes in a mug with boiling water and you're ready to go!
Ingredients

juice of 2 lemons
- 3 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric
- 2 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 cup water
- ***Optional ingredient 1 TBSP Changing Habits Chicken Broth
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pour into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer.
Once frozen, place two in a mug and fill with boiling water. Stir well.
