Ingredients

1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup activated almonds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup activated sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup activated pepitas
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup Changing Habits Chia Seeds
- Pinch Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
- 1/2 cup Changing Habits Coconut Oil
- 5 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Roughly chop almonds and walnuts and add them and all other dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
Whisk the eggs into a separate bowl and stir in the coconut oil.
Gradually add the egg mixture in with the dry ingredients while stirring.
Line a bread tin with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until lightly golden on top.
Delicious with butter and/or avocado!
