A creamy and delicious combination of flavours! This smoothie is guaranteed to hit the spot.
Ingredients
-
1 cup coconut milk (or your choice of milk)
- 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp LSA (Linseed, sunflower & almond meal)
- 1 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics
- 1 tsp honey or 2 Changing Habits Dates if you would like it slightly sweeter
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or Thermomix and blitz until completely smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
