Quick and easy to make, this delicious snack will no doubt become a family favorite!
Ingredients

1 chilli chopped
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1 stem lemon grass chopped
- 1/3 cup coriander leaves and stems
- 2 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder or fresh ginger chopped
- Changing Habits Seaweed Salt to taste
- cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Changing Habits Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- juice and zest of 1 lime
- 2 fillets of white fish
Sauce
-
1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp tamari or coconut aminos
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 chilli chopped finely
- 2 tsp rapadura sugar
- 1 tbsp shallot chopped
Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
Place all fish cake ingredients apart from the fish into a food processor and blitz well.
Add the fish and blitz again for a few seconds, leaving the mixture a little chunky.
Roll the mixture into little balls.
Place in the air-fryer on baking paper and cook for 7 minutes on each side.
Sauce
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
Serve the fishcakes on a platter around the dressing.
