Cacao Buttons are heat-sensitive, so to help them arrive in the best condition, we ship this product on Mondays and Tuesdays only for early-week delivery. While heat does not affect the quality, it may alter the appearance of the cacao. During periods of extreme heat, we recommend contacting us before placing your order. Please note that once dispatched and in transit with Australia Post, delivery conditions are beyond our control.

- 70% organic cacao, 30% organic coconut sugar – with no additives or colourings
- Cacao beans are simply gently roasted, crushed and tempered, and the liquified cacao is then conveniently shaped into melts and brought to room temperature
- Versatile – can be added to recipes, where high-quality, 70% chocolate is needed. Add in cakes, chocolate chip cookies, and icings…the list is endless. Great as a little snack too!
- Organic cocoa pods come from naturally grown and non-GMO cacao trees
Some Cacao packaging includes a printing error, ‘sourced from Samoa’, where our cacao was previously sourced. Any purchases of cacao made from January 3, 2025, are sourced from the Solomon Islands.
Our supplier source exceptional hand graded cacao beans that are independently laboratory tested for heavy metals and key minerals. From there they use gentle, small batch methods designed to protect cacao's natural integrity.
